Welcome to Hired by Noon (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, software, and applications, whether as a company (employer) or as an applicant (user).

By accessing or using Hired by Noon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Hired by Noon is a software-as-a-service platform developed and operated by a company registered in Estonia. We provide tools for video-based candidate screening, AI-powered applicant profiling, and automated job matching.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. Companies may register through authorized representatives. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting an application.

3. Use of the Platform

For Employers:

You may create and manage job postings, define screening criteria, and access candidate profiles and video submissions.

For Applicants:

You may submit video responses, provide background and personality information, and be considered for current and future roles based on your profile.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for your internal business (employers) or personal (applicants) purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws.
  • Distribute, resell, or frame any part of the Platform.
  • Interfere with the operation of our services.

5. Data Collection & Use

By using Hired by Noon, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, storage, processing, and use of your data as described below:

a. Types of Data Collected

We collect:

  • Video recordings and submitted application content.
  • Personal and professional information, including personality traits, communication style, and motivation.
  • Job listing details, employer preferences, and screening configurations.
  • Platform usage data, device information, and metadata.

b. Purpose of Data Use

We use collected data to:

  • Evaluate candidate suitability using AI models and structured criteria.
  • Facilitate automatic matching between job applications and previous applicants.
  • Improve our platform via aggregated analytics and performance metrics.
  • Offer applicants relevant future job opportunities based on their previous submissions.
  • Generate anonymized and aggregated statistical insights for internal and external use.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Data Rights & GDPR Compliance

As a company based in the EU, we fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion (right to be forgotten).
  • Object to certain types of processing.
  • Request data portability.

7. Retention of Data

We retain your data:

  • As long as necessary to provide our services.
  • Until you request its deletion or withdraw consent.
  • In anonymized form for analytics and model training, even after account deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features on the Platform are the intellectual property of Hired by Noon or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hired by Noon shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Any loss of data or reputation.
  • Hiring decisions made by employers based on platform results.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
